Bao down in Soho
Soho Kitchen & Bar are treating diners to a taste of Little Bao, the restaurant that kicked off the global Chinese burger trend, with a pop-up between the 7th and 13th September.
Owner and chef May Chow will be whipping up her signature baos which include Szechuan fried chicken, fish tempura and melt-in-the-mouth pork belly alongside a tempting line-up of new flavours.
An indulgent selection of ice cream baos adorn the dessert menu while the drinks list features Hitachino Nest White Ale as well as carefully curated spirits and sake.
There are no reservations so head on down before it's too late.
